Get out and take a walk.

This Sunday, the Friends of the Greenville Greenways (FROGGS) held a Fun Day downtown by the dog park. I volunteered at the thumbprint art booth. Everything about this event made me feel good: community, kids, greenways, outdoor activities, strangers talking, dogs walking, a scavenger hunt, hula hooping, and a drum circle. Who says Greenville doesn’t have much to offer?

Sidewalk chalk greetings along the walk.

The Greenways will be close to running a seven-mile loop soon. The end goal is for the Greenways to connect from Port Terminal all the way to the hospital. To find out more click here.
